  Ensure all products are clean, free of horse hair, and in their original branded packaging with tags attached to avoid any restocking fees or rejections.

  Ship to Premier Equine

  Affix the return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 7-10 business days.
